You can easily get in touch with the support team by raising a query directly from your environment.
Click the ❓ button in the top-right of your screen to launch the messenger, where you can start a new conversation.
Our AI assistant will attempt to answer your query up front, however you'll also have the option to be transferred to a support agent or submit a ticket via our knowledge centre.

Out of Hours
If you submit a request outside of our normal hours, we'll try our best to get back to you on the morning of the next working day.
However, we do appreciate that there will be times that you may need our urgent attention. If this is the case, in the first instance, please phone us and leave a Voicemail message with as much information as possible followed by an email to support@carelinelive.com clearly stating what the issue is in the email subject header. This will then be picked up by the team member monitoring the support desk.
