To help you manage your client's medication, you can utilise CareLineLive's eMAR functionality by setting up medication tasks in your client's task schedules.
Before you can do this, you will need to set up their medication under the Medical tab in the client's profile. See Medical for more information on this.

MAR charts
To view or print off a MAR chart, go to the task page and find a PDF button on the right hand side. When you click on this, it will give you the option to export:

Date range
Choose how long the date range should be, you can either select a full calendar month, or specify your own date range of up to 31 days, any longer than this and you will need to export multiple charts, or use the task completion report.
Completions & other options
Finally you can choose to add in:
Completions - These will be taken from carers adding completions in the app, or from the reconciliation section
If you choose to show completions you can also choose to show comments left by carers when completing tasks
Time rows - The time that the task was marked as complete
Allergies - Can be added as a medical condition in the medical tab
GP Contact details - Taken from the client's people tab, if there is a contact that has the GP option ticked
ℹ️ You can choose to export a blank chart by leaving the completions blank and including the time rows if needed. You can then fill in the printed chart by hand.

The exported chart
Below is an example of an exported MAR chart where all options have been included at export. The top of the chart shows the client's information, the date range, and the Medication included.
All tasks are broken down into times of day based on the start time of the task. The completion codes, carer initials and timestamps are in the grid where white squares indicate days where a completion is expected and grey squares are days the task should not be happening.
Below the tasks you can find the GP contact details and allergies if they have been added, as well as the legend of task completion codes allowing anyone to understand it!
The last page shows any comments left against task completions, either from carers within the app, or through the task reconciliation page.
