You can create an invoice for an individual client if you want to keep them out of an invoice run or need to invoice for other services.

To do this, head to Financial → Invoicing → Invoices and click on the + icon in the top right hand corner.

On the next page you can choose:

Client

Select which client you will be invoicing Initially, you will only have the option to see clients with invoiceable items, however you can deselect this option and create a standalone invoice for any client.

⚠️ You will also need to select which buyer will be paying for this invoice.

Options

  • Scheme - Select which number scheme to use for this invoice, leave blank to use the default scheme

  • Display density - Choose how the information should be displayed on the invoice, leave blank to use the default for the buyer/team

  • Payment method - How will this invoice be paid? Leave blank to use the default for the buyer

Click create to continue. This will generate a blank invoice draft which will need populating. To do this, click on the 3 vertical dots above the total, or in the top right corner of the invoice. You will then have the option to add:

  • Bookings - Any billable bookings which have not previously been invoiced.

  • Transactions - A credit or debit note against a client, these are added in a client's financials tab.

  • Custom - A place to record other charges that are neither bookings nor transactions.

If you are creating one for previous bookings or transactions, you can tick the box next to each item that you wish to add before clicking add at the bottom.

⚠️ A standalone invoice must be issued which can be done clicking the issue button in the top right.
